Privacy policy
What personal data this website collects, why, who it's shared with, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
This website is run by The Everyday Stronger Method, the coaching business of Eoin Kealy. Our address is The Mill Field, Killeen, Dunsany, Co. Meath, Ireland. For anything to do with your personal data, email eoin@everydaystrongermethod.com.
We are the data controller for the personal data described on this page.
What we collect, and why
When you book a call
Bookings are taken through Calendly. When you book a free strategy call we receive your name, your email address, the time you chose and your answers to any questions on the booking form. We use these to hold the call, to send you a confirmation and reminders, and to follow up afterwards about coaching. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to people who ask about coaching.
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
When you watch a video
The main video is hosted by Voomly. It only loads when you choose to play it. When it does, Voomly receives technical data such as your IP address and records that the video was played.
When you become a client
Coaching involves more information, including health-related information you choose to share. That is covered by your coaching agreement, not by this page.
Cookies
This site doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. If you open the booking calendar or play the main video, Calendly or Voomly may set cookies that they need to provide those services. Calendly shows its own cookie notice inside the booking window.
Who we share data with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:
- Calendly, for booking and reminders
- Cloudflare, for hosting and security
- Voomly, for video hosting
- The email, messaging and customer-record tools we use to reply to you and keep track of enquiries
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
If you book a call and don't become a client, we keep your booking details for up to 24 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner. Client records are kept for the period set out in the coaching agreement.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct it if it's wrong
- delete it
- restrict or stop how we use it
- send it to you or to another provider in a portable format
To use any of these rights, email eoin@everydaystrongermethod.com. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at dataprotection.ie, or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
