Who I work with

Sound familiar?

  • You've lost the weight before. Then work got busy, and a few months later you were back at square one.
  • You're organised all day. Then you get home from work, and the food undoes most of it.
  • You're training hard and eating well, and the scale has barely moved.
  • You know roughly what to do. But every expert says something different, so you keep changing the plan.

None of this is an emergency. It just quietly costs you another year.

You still have to do the work. My job is to make sure it's the right work.

How coaching works

Most plans ask you to do more. We start by removing what's holding you back.

The Remove To Improve method

Less to do. Done properly. Better results.

If you're already putting in the effort, more sessions and more rules usually aren't the answer. First we find what's draining your time and energy. Then we take it out, and build around the few things that change your body.

We remove

  • Extra sessions
  • Food rules you can't keep
  • Conflicting advice
  • Guesswork

We build

  • Focused training
  • Food you enjoy
  • A clear plan
  • Steady progress
  1. Find what's holding you back

We go through your goals, your schedule, your training history and the food you enjoy, and we run comprehensive blood work at the start.

You get a clear picture of what's really in the way.

  2. Remove it. Build what works.

We cut what isn't helping. Then we build your training and nutrition around your goals and your real week, at the gym or at home.

You get a plan you can follow, and you know exactly what to do.

  3. Adjust as you go. Keep progressing.

Regular check-ins and honest feedback. When work gets busy or you travel, we adjust the plan. You don't start again.

You get results that keep coming, with someone in your corner.

I coach every client personally. You're never handed off to a junior coach or a team.

What you get, and why it matters

  • Blood work at the startYour plan is built on what's actually going on in your body, so you don't spend months fixing the wrong thing.
  • Training built around your weekA few focused sessions, at the gym or at home. You can do every one of them, so progress doesn't stop when work gets busy.
  • Nutrition built around food you likeMeals out and weekends are planned in. That makes it something you can keep doing.
  • Check-ins, feedback and adjustmentsI review your progress and change the plan when it needs changing. I notice when things start to drift, before a quiet week turns into three months off.
  • Progress you can seeWe track photos, measurements, your weight trend and your strength, so you always know what's working.

What changes

Look better, feel better, and keep it that way.

The number on the scale is only part of it. These are the changes clients tell me they notice most.

Eoin preparing a simple breakfast of yoghurt and berries at home
  • Strong again

Lifting more than you have in years. Dillon went from no pull-ups to six.

  • Energy left at the end of the day

Enough for the people who usually get the tired version of you.

  • Comfortable in your clothes

They fit the way you want them to again.

  • Food you enjoy

Meals out, a drink at the weekend, food you actually like. Planned in, not banned.

  • Training you look forward to

Focused sessions that fit your week. Ferg calls his “really enjoyable”.

  • No more starting over

It's built around your real life, so it holds up when work gets busy or you go away.

Why I coach this way

Better results don't come from doing more. They come from doing what's right for you.

I've represented Ireland in Olympic weightlifting and spent most of my life learning how to get the best out of the body.

But the lesson that shaped how I coach came during a stretch when I was training harder than ever and still not making the progress I expected. I was committed. I was doing the work. The approach just wasn't right for me.

Working with the right coach changed that. Not by adding more, but by making the right adjustments for what I actually needed. My performance improved, and I enjoyed the process far more.

That's what I give the people I coach. You don't need to train like an athlete or live on plain chicken and rice. You need a plan that fits you, someone who knows when to adjust it, and a process you enjoy enough to keep going.

Questions

Good questions to ask before you book.

I'm busy. How much time does this actually take?
Your plan is built around the time you genuinely have. For a lot of busy people that's a few focused sessions a week, at the gym or at home, rather than hours every day. It still takes consistency, just not your whole life.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this suitable for me?
Yes, beginners are welcome. Your plan is built from where you are now, so the starting point for someone new to training looks very different from someone who has lifted for years. Experience matters far less than being ready to put in steady effort.
Will I have to give up the food and drink I enjoy?
No. Your nutrition is built around food you actually like, with meals out and weekends planned in rather than banned. No unnecessary restriction, just a practical approach that supports your results.
How is it actually personalised?
Everything starts from your goals, schedule, food preferences, training history, any injuries and your blood work. Then it's adjusted from your check-ins and progress, so it keeps fitting as things change.
What happens on the free strategy call?
It's a relaxed 20-minute call with me. We talk through your goals, what's been getting in the way and what a realistic starting point looks like. If coaching looks like a good fit, I'll explain how it works. If it isn't right for you, I'll tell you. You won't get a full programme on the call, but you'll leave with a clearer idea of your next step.
How much does coaching cost?
There's more than one coaching option, and the right one depends on your goals and the level of support you need. On the call, once I understand what you're looking for, I'll tell you exactly what any option I recommend costs before you decide anything. There's no obligation to sign up.
