Getting Started
What exactly is Everyday Stronger Method?
It's one-to-one coaching, delivered remotely. You get training and nutrition built around your goals, your schedule and the food you enjoy, and a coach who reviews your progress, gives you honest feedback and adjusts the plan as you go. That coach is Eoin. He coaches every client personally, so you're never handed off to a junior coach or a team.
It isn't an app subscription or a downloadable programme. The plan is only the starting point. The coaching is what keeps it working when real life gets in the way. We've coached more than 500 people this way.
Who is the coaching designed for?
Adults with full lives who want to lose fat, get stronger, get fitter and feel confident in their bodies again, without handing their whole week over to it.
Most of the people we work with have demanding jobs, families, or both. They're men and women at different ages and very different starting points. What they have in common is that they're willing to put in consistent effort, and they want that effort to finally go in the right direction.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this suitable for me?
Yes, beginners are welcome. Your plan is built from where you are now, so the starting point for someone new to training looks very different from someone who has lifted for years. You'll learn what to do and why, and the plan progresses as you do.
Experience matters far less than being ready to put in steady effort. The free strategy call is where we make sure coaching is the right kind of help for you at the moment.
How does one-to-one coaching work remotely?
Your plan, your check-ins and your conversations with Eoin all happen remotely, so you can train wherever suits you. You follow your training and nutrition during the week, report how it's going and share your progress. Eoin reviews it, gives you feedback and makes changes when they're needed.
Between check-ins you'll hear from him regularly, and there are one-to-one calls when something is worth talking through properly. Nobody will be standing beside you counting reps, so we make sure you understand what to do and why. For a lot of busy people, not needing to be in a set place at a set time is a big part of why it works.
What happens after I decide to get started?
We start by getting to know you properly: your goals, your schedule, your training history, any injuries and the food you actually enjoy. Alongside that, comprehensive blood work gives us objective data on what's happening beneath the surface.
From there we set a clear direction and build your first plan. Then you put it into practice, we check in on how it's going, and we adjust as we learn how your body responds. You'll know what you're doing from the start, and you won't be left to figure it out on your own.
What is the blood work for?
It means your plan is built on data rather than guesswork. At the start of coaching, comprehensive blood work gives us a detailed picture of a wide range of health markers.
It does two jobs. It checks the bigger picture of your general health, and it shows us what can be optimised. We use the results to inform changes to your nutrition, training, recovery and lifestyle, and any supplementation, so each decision is grounded in your own physiology.
We're coaches, not doctors, so the blood work isn't used to diagnose or treat anything. If a result needs medical attention, we'll flag it and recommend you see your GP.
Training & Fitness
How many days per week will I need to train?
There's no set number. It depends on your goals, how much time you genuinely have and how well you're recovering.
For a lot of busy people that means a few focused sessions a week rather than something every day. We'd rather build a plan you'll follow week after week than an ambitious one that falls apart by Thursday. It still takes consistency. It just shouldn't take over your life.
Do I need a gym membership?
Not necessarily. What's ideal depends on your goals, but we work with whatever equipment you have available and make the most of it, whether that's a full gym or a few bits at home.
We'll talk through your set-up on the strategy call so the plan suits it from day one. If that changes, because you move, travel or lose access to the gym for a while, the plan changes with it.
What if I'm already training but not getting the results I want?
That's one of the most common situations we see, and often one of the most fixable. People are working hard, but something isn't lining up: the training isn't progressing, recovery is being short-changed, the nutrition doesn't match the goal, or there's simply too much going on to do any of it well.
An experienced coach looks at the whole picture and works out what to change. Usually that means removing what isn't helping before adding anything new.
What if I travel a lot or have an unpredictable schedule?
Then your plan needs to expect that, and it will. Instead of treating a work trip or a chaotic fortnight as a reason to stop, we plan for it. That might mean shorter sessions, a version that works in a hotel gym, or a simple approach to eating out.
The aim is to keep you moving forward, even if it's slower for a week or two, rather than losing momentum and starting from scratch. You shouldn't have to keep starting over. When life changes, we adjust.
What if I have an injury, limitation or medical condition?
Tell us about it on the strategy call. Many limitations can be worked around with sensible choices about exercises and how hard you push them, and your plan will take them into account from the start.
But we're coaches, not doctors or physiotherapists, and we don't treat medical conditions. Depending on your situation, you may need clearance from your GP or input from a specialist before starting, and sometimes coaching won't be the right fit just yet. We'll be honest with you about that.
Nutrition & Lifestyle
Will I have to follow a strict diet?
No. Your nutrition is built around food you like and a routine you can live with, because that's the only kind of plan anyone sticks to.
That said, if you want to change your body, something about how you eat will usually need to change too. The difference is that we focus on the few changes that matter most for you, instead of cutting out whole food groups or living on plain chicken and rice.
Can I still eat foods I enjoy and go out for meals?
Yes. Dinner with friends, a few drinks at a wedding, a takeaway on a Friday: these are part of normal life, so they're planned in rather than banned.
What matters is the pattern across your week, not any single meal. We'll help you enjoy those occasions and still make progress, whether that's planning around them or knowing what to order when you're there. Flexibility and results aren't opposites. Consistency is what connects them.
Do I have to count calories or track everything I eat?
Not necessarily. Tracking can be a really useful tool, and for some people it's the quickest way to understand what's actually going on. Others do better with simpler structures, like consistent meals and a few key habits.
We'll choose the approach that suits your goals, your personality and how much detail you want. If tracking would genuinely help you, we'll explain why, and it doesn't have to be forever.
Will I be given a meal plan?
It depends on you and your goal. Our approach to nutrition ranges from more structured, where you know exactly what to eat and when, to more flexible, built around a few clear targets and habits.
Some people find structure makes life easier. Others need room to manoeuvre around work, family and eating out. Either way, we make it as enjoyable as it can be while still moving you towards your goal, and we adjust it as your life and results change.
Support & Progress
How do we know whether the plan is working?
We look at several measures together, never one number on its own. Depending on your goals, that can include progress photos, body measurements, your weight trend over time, how your training is progressing, and how you feel: energy, sleep, hunger and confidence.
The scale alone can be misleading, especially from one day to the next. The full picture tells us what's really happening and what, if anything, needs to change.
What happens if my progress slows down?
At some point it will, for almost everyone. Progress is rarely a straight line.
When it slows, we look at what's actually happening: how consistent the last few weeks have been, how you're recovering, whether life has got busier, and whether the plan needs to move on. Then we make a sensible adjustment and keep going. A slow week is information, not failure, and working through those moments is a big part of what coaching is for.
How much contact will I have with my coach?
Plenty, and it's built into how the coaching works rather than something you have to chase. Alongside your check-ins, where Eoin reviews your progress, gives you honest feedback and adjusts your plan, you'll have frequent communication between check-ins, accountability messages to keep you on track, and one-to-one calls with Eoin.
We don't promise round-the-clock replies. Eoin coaches every client personally, so what you get is someone who knows your plan and notices when things start to drift, before a quiet week turns into three months off.
How quickly can I expect to see results?
Honestly, it depends on where you're starting, what you're aiming for, how consistent you are and what else is going on in your life. Early signs are often things like stronger sessions and more energy, rather than a big change on the scale.
We won't give you a timeline we can't stand behind. We will help you set realistic targets, and show you clearly how you're tracking against them.
Cost & the strategy call
How much does the coaching cost?
We don't list prices on this page because there's more than one coaching option, and the right one depends on your goals and the level of support you need.
On the strategy call, once we understand what you're looking for, we'll tell you exactly what any option we recommend costs, before you make any decision. If it isn't right for you, there's no obligation.
How long do I have to commit?
There are different coaching arrangements, and each has its own terms. We'll go through them clearly on the strategy call, including how long each one runs, so you know exactly what you'd be agreeing to before you agree to anything.
Real change to your body and your habits takes longer than a few weeks, so the coaching is set up for steady progress over time rather than a quick fix.
Is the strategy call really free?
Yes. It's a free 20-minute call, and there's no obligation to join. We'll talk about your goals, where you are now and whether coaching could be a good fit. If it is, we'll explain how it would work. If it isn't, you'll still leave with a clearer idea of your next step.
What actually happens on the strategy call?
It's a straightforward conversation about you. We'll talk through:
- What you want to achieve
- What you're doing at the moment
- Your lifestyle, your schedule and anything we'd need to work around
- What a sensible approach could look like for you
- Whether our coaching would be a good fit
It isn't where you'll get a full personalised programme. That's built once you're a client and we've got to know you properly. But you'll come away with a much clearer picture of what would work for you.
What if I'm not ready to start immediately?
That's fine. You're welcome to book the call just to understand your options. We can talk through your goals, your circumstances and what a realistic next step would look like, whenever you're ready to take it. There's no pressure to decide anything on the call.
What if the coaching isn't suitable for me?
Then we'll tell you. The strategy call works in both directions: you're deciding whether this is right for you, and we're deciding whether we can genuinely help.
If we don't think it's the right fit, whether that's down to timing, your goals or something that needs a different kind of professional, we'll say so plainly. Nobody gets pressured into joining.
